Dreamy Wood provides wooden watches with unique styles, the classiest designs, and affordable luxury. It is a truly unique time-piece that is hand crafted from natural wood. Our wood is sourced from fine furniture makers’ off cuts and is imported from all over the world. We have a variety of natural woods such as bamboo, maple, red sandalwood, green sandalwood, ebony, blackwood, cherry, and teak. All of our watches are equipped with premium quality Japanese movements. We use scratchproof glass to cover the dial, which will keep the watches looking new for long periods of time. Our head sales office is located in Sydney, Australia. We are  a specialized manufacturer with many years of wooden watch making experience, supplying wood watches all over the world.

Will the Wooden Watch Fit Me?

Yes, all Dreamy Wood watches are sized to wrist watch standards. You can reduce the band’s length by removing links (tools provided in the package). It is highly recommended that you have the band adjusted at your local jewelry or watch store. In the rare case that you require an extra large band, you can purchase additional links by sending a request to us at [email protected]

Will I Have Any Allergic Reactions To My Wooden Watch?

Our watches are made from 100% natural wood with stainless steel clasps. In our production process, we do not use any toxic chemicals to treat the wood, as our aim is to maintain the purity of nature. However, there may be a possibility that some people may have an allergic reaction to the wood or metal clasps.  In the first few weeks of wearing the watch, it is recommended that you check your skin for any discomfort, rash, or itch.  In the very rare case that you experience an allergic reaction, please stop wearing the watch immediately and ask for medical advice from your doctor.

What's The Payment Method?

We accept every major credit and debit card including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express in Australia. We also accept payment through PayPal for both Australian and international customers. If you want to use another payment method, please contact us via [email protected]

Will GST Be Charged?

Yes, GST is included in the price.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer item exchanges. We may be able to help replace an order if it does not meet your satisfaction. Please contact our Customer Service team [email protected]

Can I Replace The Battery?

Dreamy Wood watches are either quartz battery powered or automatic winding. For battery operated watches, most jewelry or watch shops can provide battery replacement service. Dreamy Wood does not offer battery replacement services.

What Is The Warranty On My Wooden Watch?

Dreamy Wood watches are under a 12-month limited warranty, which covers any defects at the time of purchase. In order to maintain this limited warranty, proper operation and maintenance according to the instructions is necessary.  For details of our warranty policy, please refer to the warranty policy statements in the product package or our Warranty section on the website.

Can I Return Or Exchange My Dreamy Wood Watch?

We reserve the right of determining whether you can get a refund simply because you change your mind. We accept an exchange or refund when the item purchased is not as described or found to be faulty. You may return the new, unworn watch for an exchange, store-credit, or refund (less shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt or the day orders are received. If you need to return your watch, please send your receipt along with the watch to Dreamy Wood. Any questions, please contact [email protected]

Are There Differences In Color Between The Picture Shown On Your Website And The Actual Product?

What do I do if my item was shipped to the wrong address?

Unfortunately we are unable to make modifications to orders once they have been placed. Due to our efforts to ensure that your receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. 

We recommend contacting your local postal office with your tracking numbers to see if they can reroute your order to another address.

Can I cancel my order?

You MUST cancel your order within 2 hours after you place your order by contacting [email protected]

We can’t cancel your order after 2 hours as the processing has already been completed and your order is ready to be handled by merchants.

What currency does Dreamy Wood sell in?

The order will be charged in Australia dollars and will be shown during checkout.
If your credit card is used for a payment in foreign currency, most banks will allow you to pay, though they may charge a fee for this service. Please check with your bank to see if you can make international payments.

Are all the items will be receive in one order?

Don’t be alarmed if you don’t receive all items in a large order at once, we don’t like to keep our dear customers waiting so we send each item as and when it arrives.
